![]() ![]() It’s not great, but it kinda used the camera angle to create optical illusions which would move based on how Kratos moved some things. The puzzles in this game range from ‘DUH?’ to ‘oooo, this is interesting’ to ‘omg I can’t believe how tedious this is.’ Most utilized lots and lots of moving around things and swinging on things, with the most unique one being hera’s maze. ![]() Maybe 18 year old me would have enjoyed it? I felt it was unwarranted and could have been done a little more tastefully. The nudity in this game too… a little over the top. She looks freakish in this game for some weird reason. Hera, Helios, Hades, Kratos, Zeus all the main movers were done. ![]() You can watch the comparisons on youtube but as I played the game, I noticed that the character textures of basically anyone who is a character in the game were very well done. I mean, it’s definitely NOT on the level of the new God of War or anything remotely close to the PS4 generation graphics, but it’s certainly a step up from the original. Wanted to go back to GOW 2018 but decided to try out GOW3 first. Kratos is a familiar and awesome character and I played GOW 2018 last year and it was one of the best games I’ve played. I’ve been watching tons of God of War documentaries on youtube, which kinda sparked the inner child in me as I remembered playing God of War on the PS2 a lot.
